This year's recipient of the Good Neighbor Scholarship, Alba Luz Castellano, will be graduating on Friday, Nov. 4th from the Instituto de Vicente Pescatore. Those who cannot attend are invited to send any well wishes along with Dan O'Shea, who will hopefully (assuming bridges are upright) be attending.
